Minimax Compact Boiler
Benefits of Shell Type Boilers (MiniMax) over Coil Type Boilers:
* Correct quantity of steam at the right time is essential in the process – IBR Boilers are capable of handling fluctuating loads.
* Wet steam from NIBR boilers leads to poor heat transfer and increased batch time with lower productions – IBR Boilers avoid wet steam totally.
* A rubber component manufacturer near Pune using 4 nos. 600 kg/hr boilers was facing steam starvation problem and was planning for an additional Non-IBR boiler. JNM installed a 2 tph IBR boiler there which resulted into reduction of steam consumption from 3000 kg/hr to 90 kg/hr.
