My journey in Forbes Marshall began with the CII training program in 2024 as a member of 38th CII batch. It was the beginning of an important chapter, the one that strengthened my confidence, expanded my knowledge, and shaped the path of my career ahead. Moving from Kerala to Pune marked a turning point in my life. It wasn’t just about relocating to a different city, it meant adapting to a completely new culture, language, and professional environment. Securing a seat in the CII program was like crossing an important milestone.
Graduating as the top performer of the batch remains one of my proudest accomplishments. That year became a defining chapter in my life. The learning environment at Forbes Marshall was not limited to textbooks or theory, it was structured, disciplined, and deeply connected to real industry practices. The program sharpened my technical foundation while also helping me understand how organizations function in the real world.
I began my professional journey with Krohne Marshall in the Oil & Gas division on FM Contract after training. It was my first step into the instrumentation industry, understanding customer requirements, specifications, and the importance of precision in process industries. That experience strengthened my technical base and industry understanding.
Currently, I am working with Krohne Marshall on roll, handling solutions for the Water industry. The technical foundation and professional discipline developed during the CII-FM programme continue to play a vital role in my career. During my journey, I was honoured to receive the FM Star Award twice. This recognition was truly special to me, not just as an achievement, but as a reflection of consistent effort, growth, and the confidence I built along the way.
At Forbes Marshall I found the right mentors, structured training, and hands on exposure that helped me build strong fundamentals. This journey is far more than technical training. It reshapes how you analyse challenges, how you communicate, and how you pursue long term growth.
