For more than 75 years, Forbes Marshall has been helping process plants improve productivity & product quality, while reducing energy consumption. We have established solutions across 30 energy segments for process quality and control, utility and process measurement and steam engineering. We have a global presence with 6 world class manufacturing centers. We have, on average, been able to reduce fuel bills across food and beverage, dairy, textiles, oleochemicals, milk and milk products, and other plants globally by 24%.

Through specific interventions, we target key issues prevalent across a wide cross section of industries. For example, through various condensate and flash recovery initiatives, we improve and sustain the recovery factor. Similarly, we resolve productivity bottlenecks and optimise energy consumption at the equipment level.

While addressing the needs of these industries, our energy benchmarking study indicated a potential of savings to the tune of 25-50%. The best plant in the beverage

sector consumes just half the amount of energy to produce a litre of beverage, while the best textile plant consumes 25% less energy compared to an average plant. Keeping this in mind, we conduct in depth assessments of your manufacturing facilities and identify potential areas of improvement in the steam and condensate
