The Shared Value programme with our partner, Ambuja Foundation Batch 8 has successfully concluded, with 16 students completing the training. The participants, primarily from the Mechanical, E&TC, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines, underwent a comprehensive 2.5-month training period, which included 15 days of theoretical sessions at Chandrapur and 1 month of on-the-job training (OJT) at different Forbes Marshall branches. Students gained valuable insights into core and process business operations, equipping them with the skills to address and solve real-world problems independently.
Looking back, our previous batch of students have become entrepreneurs, working professionals and so on reinforcing the idea that the sky is the limit. The program encourages giving back to the community, whether in their hometowns or elsewhere.
