The Forbes Marshall CX2000 is an advanced analyser for real-time monitoring of oil, phenol, and hydrocarbons in water. Utilising proven Ultra Violet Spectroscopy, the CX2000 offers advanced and faster detection making it ideal for crucial industrial applications with requirements for environmental compliance. It can easily detect specific contaminants such as hydrocarbons, phenol, ammonia, nitrate, chlorophyll A, COD, and fluorescent tracers. Complementary optical techniques are employed for turbidity and colour measurement, while traditional electrodes are used for parameters like pH, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen.
The CX2000 is modular in design and supports both mono-parameter configurations and multi-parameter configurations for complex water chemistry scenarios. Housed in a robust IP65 polycarbonate enclosure, the CX2000 is engineered to meet APHA 5530D (24th Edition) standards for oil and phenol measurement, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and global compliance.
