A Poultry Processing rendering plant in Malaysia was undergoing an expansion to accommodate new machinery. With this growth came an increased demand for steam, necessitating a reliable and efficient steam generation system to support the enhanced production capacity of 10-12 TPH.

The Solution

To meet the rising steam requirements, Forbes Marshall provided a tailored solution comprising:

  • Two 6 TPH boilers, ensuring consistent and efficient steam supply.
  • An 18m³ thermal deaerator, improving feedwater quality and optimising boiler performance.
