OPTIBATCH 4011
The OPTIBATCH 4011 is a highly accurate and specialised coriolis mass flowmeter, designed as the standard solution for process batching of both conductive and non-conductive liquids. It is particularly well-suited for integration into linear and rotating filling machines.
This flowmeter is maintenance-free with a fully welded design, featuring a twin U-shape tube for superior performance. Its robust, stainless steel construction and welded outer casing, sealed to IP67, make it ideal for various applications, including demanding hygienic environments in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries.
The OPTIBATCH 4011 does not require a separate converter due to its integrated electronics. The flowmeter can be connected to a PLC or DCS via the simple Modbus interface. This allows programming, commissioning and measurement over a single data connection.
