The BRIX analyser model HK6 is specially designed for the measurement of BRIX in the sugar and process industries. The measuring principle is based on microwave technology. The measurement is not dependent on the flow rate. The analyser has a true measuring range of 0 to 100 Brix. The measured values of up to 16 devices can be displayed via the HK- 6 display software.
