Forbes Marshall Thailand commissioned a complete steam system at a greenfield textile dyeing facility for a leading textile manufacturer. The installation consists of steam boilers, pressure reducing stations, steam traps, pipeline accessories and complete condensate recovery systems.

The project started with a detailed analysis of the plant’s steam load profile and related operational parameters. Based on these insights, a customised solution was engineered and proposed. The goal was to design and commission a fully integrated steam system—covering steam generation, distribution, and condensate recovery—with zero steam loss and maximum efficiency.

The system was designed to deliver maximum energy efficiency while keeping capital expenditure (CapEx) to a minimum.
