The CEMS (gas and dust analysers) are connected to our 30 TPH boiler of 4MW power plant. Our key challenge was to maintain uptime of these analysers not only for compliance but also for our internal monitoring of actual combustion and to sustain optimised emission. Forbes Marshall are providing us prompt and proactive support from the local Pune branch & Head office on a periodic basis. The monthly reports are insightful. On couple of occasions, FM proactively guided us with precise actionable information. With our team’s engagement and their proactive visits, the issues were addressed well in time, avoiding downtime and reducing cost of ownership. There is a noticable improvement in uptime from 75% to 92%. We expect the same support from FM in the future too.
