AI Meets Uptime: Forbes Marshall at ISA Delhi PPPA Meet 2025

Forbes Marshall participated in the ISA Delhi Section – Power, Process & Plant Automation (PPPA) Meet 2025, held on 2nd–3rd May at Hotel Eros, New Delhi. This two-day technical forum brought together experts from across power, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors to discuss the future of process automation, instrumentation, and intelligent diagnostics.
As industries shift toward condition-based monitoring powered by AI/ML, the event provided a timely platform for Forbes Marshall to demonstrate its leadership in predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics, especially through its flagship wireless monitoring solution—MachPulse.
What we showcased
Our exhibit and presentations were centered around MachPulse, a scalable wireless vibration and temperature monitoring system designed for non-critical rotating equipment. Attendees experienced live demos of the MachPulse dashboard, showcasing real-time machine health insights, while our presentation on AI-Driven Predictive Maintenance offered a deep dive into actual implementations at AMNS, Wardha Power, and Adani Tiroda.
We also highlighted the strength of our AI/ML-driven analytics, rotor kit-mounted wireless sensors with magnetic flux and RPM integration, and seamless integration with DCS and asset management platforms.
High-Caliber Engagements and Insightful Dialogue
Many focused technical attendees visited our stall and attended our sessions, representing key organisations like NTPC, IOCL, EIL, ONGC, GAIL, and PDIL. Conversations revolved around:
- Wireless vs. Wired VMS: when and where each makes sense.
- Predictive alerts: reliability, accuracy, and avoiding false positives.
- Integration challenges: interfacing with existing digital infrastructure.
Among the most significant outcomes were in-depth discussions with teams from NTPC and IOCL about their upcoming digitisation projects, and strong interest from EIL, NTPC, and IOCL in deploying MachPulse across non-critical machine clusters.
Strengthening Digital Footprint in the Process Industry
Our participation in the ISA Delhi PPPA Meet 2025 underlined Forbes Marshall’s continued commitment to digital transformation in India’s power and process sectors. As companies accelerate their move toward AI-enabled reliability and smarter diagnostics, Forbes Marshall is uniquely positioned to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that drive uptime, efficiency, and peace of mind.
