Driving Efficiency in Textiles at KNIT TECH 2026

Forbes Marshall showcased steam and heat recovery solutions at KNIT TECH 2026, engaging the textile industry on efficiency, fuel savings, and process optimisation.
Forbes Marshall participated in KNIT TECH 2026, held from 6th to 9th March in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. The exhibition brought together stakeholders from dyeing, garments, and sizing segments, creating a focused platform to engage with customers and introduce new solutions tailored to textile operations. Our participation was centred on generating new prospects while strengthening engagement with existing customers.
At the booth, Forbes Marshall showcased a range of steam system solutions, including the Multi Utility Process Trap (MUPT), designed for the dyeing industry, and the Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS), which enables efficient recovery of heat from dyeing effluent. Individual product presentations allowed visitors to understand how these technologies can be applied to improve performance and reduce fuel consumption.
The booth saw strong engagement, with visitors from across the textile sector. Conversations were largely focused on fuel savings and process improvements, with many participants recognising the relevance of the solutions to their operations. Interactions with OEMs also opened opportunities to integrate Forbes Marshall solutions into steam utilisation equipment.
