Steam and Condensate Manifolds FMSCM
Steam and Condensate Manifolds is a specially designed product from Forbes Marshall to cater to the steam tracing application. Steam for tracing is supplied to the individual steam tracing circuits with the help of steam supply manifolds. Condensate is evacuated through condensate collection manifolds which have compact tracing traps and is finally transferred to condensate headers through steam operated pumping traps. Conventional manifolds are built by welding a large number of single components together and hence are always prone to leakages.
The Forbes Marshall steam and condensate manifold is single forged, compact, weld free, lightweight and uniform in design. Forbes Marshall Steam and Condensate Manifolds eliminate all the disadvantages of conventional manifolds and can be installed without on-site fabrication and testing.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Steam and Condensate Manifolds are versatile, forged carbon steel compact manifolds designed for either steam distribution or condensate collection, depending on their installation configuration.
Manifolds are available in three models: FMSCM4X (4 connections), FMSCM8X (8 connections), and FMSCM12X (12 connections). Connection options include flanged (ANSI Class 150/300), socket weld (Class 3000), and screwed (BSPT or NPT).
For saturated steam service (Class 300, SWE, and BSPT/NPT), the maximum operating pressure (PMO) is 41.5 bar g. The maximum allowable temperature is 425°C at 28 bar g.
