Teach to ELICIT Fellowship aims to break the loop of violence, trauma and purposelessness by equipping a community of leaders who can create a systematic approach to education, where a symbiotic network of teachers, school leaders, parents and children can work together to co-create spaces for constructive resilience and co-existence for the children of Kashmir.
