- Fully programmable, calculated measurements between channels comparator, etc.
- Inbuilt 6 relay contacts, programmable between the channels
- Extendable architecture, add-on cards for digital communication (MODBUS)
Frequently Asked Questions
Aqua4Trans can monitor single or dual channels for a comprehensive list of analytical parameters including pH, ORP (Redox), Conductivity, TDS, Resistivity, Free Residual Chlorine (FRC), Chlorine Dioxide (C1O2), Ozone (O3), Turbidity, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), and Dissolved Oxygen (DO).
Yes. The Aqua4Trans has an extendable architecture that accommodates optional, factory-installed function cards for RS485 Modbus-RTU and HART communication protocols.
Yes. Aqua4Trans features factory-installed function cards that are engineered to be easily reconfigured directly in the field, safeguarding your initial investment as process requirements change.
The Aqua4Trans enclosure can be adapted for panel mounting, direct wall mounting, or 2-inch pipe mounting configurations.
The housing boasts an IP66 ingress protection rating and is composed of rugged, 10% glass-filled polycarbonate. It is fully certified against IEC 61326-1 for EMC, IEC 60068-2-6 for vibration resistance, and IEC/EN 61010-1 for low voltage safety.
You can specify an optional module containing 6 relay contacts (rated at 250 VAC, 5A). These can be fully programmed between the channels to trip for process alarms or systemic error indicators.
Yes, it features a built-in wash mode complete with an adjustable wash timer to automate sensor cleaning cycles and maintain reliable measurements over time.
The Aqua4Trans power architecture operates on either 110–240 VAC (50/60 Hz) or 24 VDC, pulling less than 40 Watts and utilising built-in surge immunity protection.
The transmitter utilises programmable automatic or manual temperature compensation ranging from -20 to 200 °C, calibrated linearly to a reference point of 25 °C using Pt100 or Pt1000 2-wire sensors.
