Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a difference between steam quality of DynaMax boilers and coil type boilers?

Coil type boilers lack a space to separate steam from water and hence, offer steam with poor dryness fraction. DynaMax boilers are designed like normal industrial boilers and hence, offer steam space which leads to steam of high dryness fraction and quality.

Can the DynaMax handle sudden process load spikes?

Yes. Unlike coil boilers that have very low water holdup, the DynaMax has a large water holdup (1.454 m³) and steam space. This acts as a thermal flywheel, instantly responding to fluctuating loads without dropping pressure.
