DEI Makes its Mark. It is Platinum for Forbes Marshall!

Platinum award - Excellence In DEI - CII HR Ideathon 2023

For Forbes Marshall, this is an extraordinary achievement! It marks a significant moment in which we receive the well-deserved recognition for the milestones we have accomplished. However, it's important to note that this is just the beginning of our journey towards making a positive impact, with many more accomplishments on the horizon. In the past year, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives have garnered remarkable attention.

We have a structured team, the DEI council which is the apex body that gives direction and guidance to the initiatives at the organisational level. The council incorporates members from the senior management.Diversity champions are a group of diverse members representing cross functions. These members are handpicked from various functions to support the DEI goals and initiatives. Each of them act as mentors to the diversity interns. They actively support one or two initiatives from the DEI goals and Provide inputs, feedback, ideas etc.

This year we participated in the 4th edition of the CII HR Ideathon 2023, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry. While the theme revolved around 'Redefining HR’ the event aimed to foster communication and the exchange of best practices and information among organisations of all kinds.
