We installed Forbes Marshall Condensate Recovery Systems in our plant. By doing this, we now improved the Condensate Recovery Factor from 65% to 80% and Feedwater Temperature from 50-55oC to 70-75oC. We have achieved annual savings of 4% on our fuel bill.
We have installed the Forbes Marshall Trap Monitoring System on Compact Module Twin Orifice Flat Trap for rendering cookers. Prior to the installation our teasm was not able to monitor the real-time performance of these steam traps. After intallating this solution , our team can not only monitor the real-time performance but this system also helps us in planning maintenance. This solution has helped us in achieving a 100% process trap uptime for the past 3 years. This solution has helped us achieve a saving of 8.0 tons (approx.) of Husk per day
The Forbes Marshall Steam and Condensate Recovery System has helped us in efficient recovery of high temperature condensate ,reduce steam consumption and a sustained high temperature of around 98oC at the Boiler Feedwater Tank.
We have changed over our fryers from gas fired to steam based with complete design engineering and supply of steam system by Forbes Marshall. This has enabled us to achieve the same quality and productivity at one-fourth the cost.
