The Job Description is as follows: 1) Work closely with Head - Corporate Marketing to evolve & strategize a marketing plan for each division each year, from which an action plan will be derived for each year. This should be clearly based on industry verticals that the division wants to (a) remain in, (b) enter in & (c) withdraw from. Same way it should also define the products/systems that the division wants to (a) retain, (b) introduce & (c) withdraw 2) Work with specific divisions for coming up with Publications. For example : The Water Book that we published recently 3) Work out a detailed seminar plan in consultation with divisions & branches. He/She should coordinate seminars/presentations/road shows as per this plan 4) Work on New product launches for divisions – This would mean complete handling of activities for the division 5) Work on TMT / DM visit plan to priority customers & work on suitable contents for such visits depending on the objective of such visits 6) Ensure that good number of articles / news & events / application notes are made by every division & appropriate publicity is given to it 7) Ensure product USP information is collected for each division & is disseminated to branches 8) Ensure a strong theme is maintained for every exhibition to carry the required corporate message to the audience & other details that would make Forbes Marshall brand presence stronger in exhibitions 9) Liaise with International Operations team for their marketing needs
